The Deployment Phase focuses on the testing of requirements and the deployment of the solution. In this phase, users acceptance will be arranged for the end users and the acceptance checklist must be sign off by the respective functional champions. The system is fully implemented at the client site and user training will be completed. At the Sign-off Milestone the solution is formally turned over to the customer. Key events in the Deployment Phase are:

Finalize system set-up
Enter or migrate opening balances (where applicable)
Enter or migrate transaction history (where applicable)
User training
Acceptance walk-through
Delivery of standard user documentation
