This phase focuses on building the detail requirements and product mapping as defined by the business requirements outlined in the Business Process Review document created during the Analysis Phase. In the Design phase IFCA consultant(s) will assist the customer to design the necessary master files and present how the IFCA system will be configured and setup at the client site. The proposed system mapping will be delivered in the form of an Product Mapping Report (PMR) and accompanying software prototyping. Potential process gaps identified during the product mapping must be resolved and concluded. IFCA consultants will recommend alternative solutions for the purpose of closing the identified gaps.
