ENTERPRISE software developer IFCA MSC Bhd is currently in talks with several large property developers that have expressed interest in its property software.
Its executive director, Ian Jeremy Jones said the software, which it called ‘eSoftware for property companies’, provides collaboration, community and commerce as the solution’s key value propositions. The software was develop at the cost of RM8 million.
In the mid-October, the company signed an agreement with a unit of TA Enterprise Bhd, TA Properties Sdn Bhd, to provide what it claims as Malaysia’s first fully integrated portal-based business management solutions for property companies.
"The software will assist TA Properties in various field, for example property sales, customer relationship management, enterprise cost management, construction management, property management and financial management," he said.
He added the software was built on the latest Microsoft .Net platform that would enable TA to connect and collaborate with their entire business supply chain and customers through one common platform – its website.
Ian said IFCA eSoftware is the latest of the solution suites for property companies.
"We have been developing software for the property industry for nearly 20 years," he said, adding that the IFCA has clients amounted to 550 property companies in Malaysia and 100 companies overseas.
On its future direction, Ian said beside enhancing local market leadership, the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status company would focus on overseas market expansion to other Southeast Asian countries, the United States and possibly Europe.
He noted that the market outlook for the software industry remains robust but competitive.
"We expect the industry to grow in double digit in the foreseeable future," says Ian.
