TA Properties Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TA Enterprise Bhd has engaged IFCA MSC to develop a one-stop property portal that will link suppliers, partners and customers. This will prove to be Malaysia’s very first fully integrated portal-based business management solution for property companies.

The solution is built on the latest Microsoft .Net platform and is aimed at empowering property companies to connect and collaborate with their entire business/supply chain as well as customers via a single dynamic web interface. It does so by allowing easy monitoring of all inquiries from multiple parties, efficient supervising of various project developments and instantaneous progress updates of each project by the user.

IFCA Software for Property Companies provides the convenience and flexibility to access real-time applications and data to create an optimized workflow environment. This in turn improves operational efficiency and profitability by increasing communication effectively with current and potential customers and suppliers.
