IFCA Consulting Group is honored to announce the signing between IFCA Software Ltd and The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) of Namibia in Windhoek, Namibia on July 25, 2002.

The National Housing Enterprise of Namibia represents the Ministry of Regional and Local Government and Housing of the Government of the Republic of Namibia. The NHE is mandated to act as a lending institution as well as a developer in the field of low-income housing. To date NHE has provided 100% mortgage finance for approximately 12,000 families in more than 36 urban centers throughout Namibia. Besides providing low-income housing, NHE also provides the following services; Study Loans, Package Loans, Children’s Savings Scheme, Bulk Financing, Home Financing Loans, Building Loans, Home Improvement Loans and Home Financing Saving.

After a prolong years of sourcing for the right software ending with a site visit to Malaysia in early July, NHE finally decided on IFCA’s Property+ and Loan+ application software as the most appropriate business solutions to meet their day-to-day operations and future requirements.

The signing ceremony was held on July 25th, at NHE in Windhoek, Namibia. Gracing the occasion was the CEO of IFCA Consulting Group, Mr. Ken Yong and the CEO of NHE, Mr. KRM Kavekotora witnessed by our South African Business Partner, Mr. Brian Schultz. This marked a historical day for IFCA and MBS Software Pty. Ltd. having successfully penetrated another African country in the continent. IFCA would also like to recognize their in-house team’s effort as well as our South Africa Business Partner, who played an important role in securing the deal.
